SIERRA WEST Land Surveying, Inc. was incorporated in Stanislaus County, State of California early in 2003. We are located in Oakdale at the foot of the Sierra Mountain range.
Our goal is to always provide our clients with the best service possible and to maintain a high order of accuracy in our work while keeping costs competitive. The primary objective of our firm is to build positive working relationships with each of our clients. These relationships are built on three cornerstones: Experience, Quality and Integrity. Our commitment to our clients is above all, our main reason for our success. While we are yet a small firm we are continually expanding our resources and capabilities so that we may continue to bring our clients the quality service they expect. We also utilize current technology in the field and in the office and continue to expand in this area.
We are positive in our approach to projects of all sizes and look forward to the many opportunities our location will provide. Our geographical area of coverage is extensive and covers most of the central valley and bay area. We look forward to meeting our new clients!
The owner of Sierra West Land Surveying, Inc. is Brad Bilbo P.L.S. 6141, a licensed professional surveyor in the State of California with over 30 years of experience in land surveying. During his career he has provided his services to major engineering firms in the Bay Area and Santa Clara Valley. He also provided his services as a consultant to CalTrans during the construction phase of Highway 85 through Santa Clara Valley. He has surveyed and/or managed commercial, residential and transportation survey projects. Projects which included boundary survey and resolution, major and minor subdivision mapping, topographic mapping, ALTA surveys, right of way acquisition projects and aerial photogrammetric control networks. Brad also has extensive experience in major undergound utility relocation projects and high rise building construction. His survey project experience includes not only the technical aspects of survey and mapping for many types of surveys but also extensive experience in application processing with various state, county and local agencies.
