Creating new parcels in the State of California requires that the new lots or parcels be created on a map, by a licensed surveyor and approved by the local controlling agency. We can provide all services required to process a property subdivision.
Topographic Surveys
Accurate topographic maps are instrumental in successful engineering and construction of proposed and future improvements.
ALTA / ACSM Land Title Surveys
Whenever commercial properties sell or refinance, title companies and lenders will require a survey of the property in order to identify any defect and be able to insure the property.
Condominium Plans and Mapping
The State of California requires a set of Condominium Plans that essentially map the interior airspace of the Condominium Unit. Condominium airspace is regarded as a subdivision of real property and typical subdivision rules apply.
Lot Line Adjustment / Lot Merger
Local agencies will allow in some cases an adjustment to lot lines between existing lots and will also allow merging of two or more adjoining lots if certain conditions exist. We can provide all the survey documents required to submit an application.
